The "DREAM" Ring

They are all GREAT!

But the first step to "The Dream" Ring is Choosing the right ring for you....

It is important to select a wedding ring that you will cherish for the rest of your life, as you will have it forever. There are many different options for wedding bands.

Wedding Band Set's.....
You can buy them in wedding band sets, so, they are matching, but have a distinct look for the man's wedding band that is usually wider and potentially a little thicker. The woman's version of the ring is often a little thinner than the man's wedding ring.

Keep in mind when you get a wedding ring set that you both have to like the rings, even though you might have a different idea of what you each want.

Another thing to consider is getting a ring set that the wedding band matches the engagement ring. This however might make it more difficult to get a matching band set for the man's ring too.

Diamond Wedding Rings.....
Something that is becoming more and more popular is the addition of diamonds to wedding bands. There are many different styles of these rings that make use of smaller diamonds that are set into the wedding band.

Although widely still popular this next idea is something that takes a great deal of thought, personally
 I LOVE TO SEE THIS....

ENGRAVING.....
A common thing that is often overlooked by all the excitement of wedding planning is to remember to get your wedding rings engraved. A fun idea is to the engraving a secret, so that you can share it later on during your special day.

Some engraving ideas

Wedding Dates, "I love you", "Eternally Yours", Pet names etc. Be creative, I am sure that only you and your spouse know exactly what you should have engraved in your wedding bands. The space is limited so you will need to keep it short and sweet.
And remember, nobody else has to know you engraved for each other.

Creating a Unique Wedding

You have the dress.....
You have rights.....
The restaurant booked, the photographer and the band you’re always worried about your marriage? Is that your guests enjoy themselves?
More importantly, have fun? After all, it’s your day!

If you have the next year or a limited time for your wedding, an event can still be as dramatic as those seen in magazines and television programs. Yes, you can impress your family and your friends with your celebrity marriage.

 I’ll show you how....

Remember your guest
Be sure to show your appreciation and to include the guests feel like they belong.
If you have many guests from out of town, be sure to provide a welcome basket in your room. This can be done by yourself (or buy ready-made, from your wedding planner.... *HINT HINT** with the addition of inexpensive snacks and drumlings of your host city.
If you choose not to provide a basket or a gift for your guests, at least give them a path. Customers are in another city for a weekend, for an event you want to see more events, and share your wedding. Inviting them to test your dinner or post-wedding brunch is a very kind and generous gesture.

Get a themeWhen a bride comes to me, one of the first questions I ask is “What’s your theme?” When they say that, I confess, part of me knows that this will be a difficult battle. Ever heard the saying, “If you stand for nothing you fall for something?” The same goes with the themes.
If not, you are (subconsciously) with five different independent things in your marriage. It’s horrible.
Choose a theme.
The issue need not be of great visual impact that you and your boyfriend are.
What are your hobbies? What do you live? Golden Age of Hollywood, Mardi Gras Masquerade, country, Mediterranean, etc. The possibilities are endless! And just to simplify, yes, the colors may be an issue. However, you must consistently.
If the “theme” will be green and pink, to decide on what shades and stick to it, not the forest, chartreuse, lime and mint everywhere. We are at a wedding, not a kaleidoscope. If you choose the colors, try to choose up to three to ensure that complement each other. Try to choose “seasonal” colors like pink crayon well in November / December marriage is a bit ‘weird. Your theme will bring together all your events, from food to favors, everything was coordinated in style.

FurnitureEven if your site is down the totem of the places, you can always make it seem like a million dollars.
You can get a book of furniture for your bookstore or library. Pay attention to lines, textures and silhouettes. How do you feel? Is this what you want your marriage? Implement things like flowers, candles, scarves, shells, etc. in your decor. You can save money, but also give your theme some authenticity. Ask your place of these restrictions is working (no open flame, etc.). If you have some ‘play with money, invest in some accessories to go with your theme or corporate staging and lighting help put together, this is something your wedding planner can and should help with! *HINT HINT!*

Get PersonalBeing unique definitely sets you apart in the minds of your guests. Uncommon with personal vows and toasts. Share your relationship with your guests, table names granted after the places you and your fiancé have traveled, favorite foods, movies, etc. Display pictures as centerpieces and decorate a cake or gift table. Celebrate that integrates both ethnic and family traditions.
These are very easy to do, and give your guests the opportunity to meet you.

The Royal Wedding: The Great and The Good Together!

The guest list for the April 29th union of Prince William and Kate Middleton is still being kept secret, but details have begun to leak out, with some coming forward to say they are attending and the Mail on Sunday newspaper claiming to have the official invitation roster, which I am sure is jut speculation.

A member of staff at Buckingham Palace inserts the invitations into envelopes, to the wedding of Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton, before posting them to the guests who will be present on April 29 at Westminster Abbey. (Press Association)

And we all know that it won't be clear until the day how the royal couple has balanced the protocol demands that they invite statesmen, diplomats, religious leaders, politicians and the like with invitations to the people they really want to see, particularly the crowd they made friends with when they met and fell in love at St. Andrews University in Scotland.

The Mail on Sunday list describes an eclectic mix — everyone from fabulously wealthy friends of Prince Charles to a favored bartender and a yoga instructor from the Caribbean island of Mustique, long a hideaway for royals and rockers alike.

William and Middleton have showed their modern side by inviting a number of close friends, including some former sweethearts, the newspaper said.

The wedding is not technically a state event, which somewhat limits the protocol requirements applied to the guest list.

Get this, royal obligations still dictate that a large number of the 1,900 or so seats go to guests from the world of politics, not actual friends of the couple.

So tell us here at The Perfect Day, who do YOU think you will be in attendance at this
"Royal Wedding"? Would you want to be there!?

Have all costs figured out and agreed upon in advance, including any delivery fees.
